Totally normal confusion 🙂 Sanity is headless: your content lives in Sanity’s hosted Content Lake, but the Studio (the CMS UI) is just a React app you run locally (or deploy). You define the “data structures” (schemas) in code inside the Studio, not through a dashboard. The local Studio talks to the hosted Content Lake via your projectId/dataset.
