Yes, automatically. Set up a membership once and Platsana handles every renewal through Stripe. No manual invoicing, no chasing anyone down.
They cancel their current membership from their account and sign up for a new one right away. Worth noting: any remaining classes from their old membership won't carry over, so it's worth giving students a heads up before they switch.
As flexible as possible. You set the name, price, class count (or unlimited access), and billing frequency. You can create as many different options as your studio needs, there are no limits on how many passes or memberships you offer. Class-limited memberships (ie. 4 classes per month) are available on the Studio plan, and unlimited access memberships and class packs are available on every plan.
You process refunds directly through Stripe whenever needed. Platsana surfaces the relevant purchase information so you always have what you need on hand.
